Congratulations to the 70 teams that had to drink and find their beer at Lakefront Brewery, Row their boat at the Milwaukee Rowing Club Boathouse, paint their team footprint at the Urban Plaza, buy $10 of food for Hunger Task Force, Identify Historic Milwaukee, Make a decoder ring at East Library, and then try to solve a dastardly difficult puzzle at the North Point Water Tower, make their way to the North Point Lighthouse, type their clue on old-school typewriters at Boswell Books, recite the Milwaukee doggerel from the 17th floor of the Wisconsin Gas Flame Building, eat a Limburger cheese sandwich or solve the 8 queens puzzle at the Public Market, and then play a game of Ping Pong at Spin before making it to the finish line at the Milwaukee Ale House; all in wet misty 40 degree temperatures.  These were the true champions of the day.

The Amazing Milwaukee Race creates a unique one-day “Amazing Race” experience that utilizes the city landscape as its racecourse.

Showcasing Milwaukee landmarks and engaging local businesses, the race is a sequential treasure/ scavenger hunt. The race has various challenges with clues and activities that must be completed to make it to the finish line.
